Link recovery · diagnose before replacing

What to Do When a JTLGO Product Link Is Dead, Changed, or Mismatched

A link that looks broken may be gone, redirected, restricted or quietly changed to another item. Check what happened before you spend time hunting for a replacement.

Preserve clues before the page disappears

Record only the information already visible in the spreadsheet row:

  • product type and a specific model or style cue;
  • color, material or distinctive feature;
  • source platform name if it is explicitly shown;
  • useful measurements or option wording;
  • the reason the row originally entered your shortlist.

Do not copy account details, private order data or unknown tracking parameters into public search boxes. The goal is to recover the item description, not reproduce an entire opaque URL.

Combine the product type with one or two distinguishing clues. “Black nylon shoulder bag 31 cm” is more useful than pasting a long dead URL into several unrelated converter sites. Add Taobao, Weidian, 1688 or Yupoo only when the original row clearly identifies that source and the source matters to your research.

Focused

“zip hoodie 68 cm length washed grey”

Names the item and two details that can be checked against a replacement.

Too broad

“best JTLGO spreadsheet link 2026 cheap”

Adds hype and date wording without describing the missing product.

Treat the replacement as a new row

  1. Identity: confirm the product type and distinctive details.
  2. Options: check that size, color, bundle and included pieces are comparable.
  3. Evidence: review current photos, measurements and compatibility notes.
  4. Price: compare the selected option, not the smallest visible number.
  5. Weight: keep unknown item or packed weight labeled as unknown.

A replacement link can solve discovery while still failing the decision. It should earn its place using the same evidence checks as every other candidate.

Know when to stop recovering the row

  • No distinctive product clue remains.
  • Search results repeatedly lead to unrelated items.
  • The only match depends on guessing the size, option or included pieces.
  • The replacement has weaker photos or measurements than other available candidates.
  • You are keeping the row only because it was already in the sheet.

Use official routes for account or order problems

This guide can help with public product-link research only. Login, order, payment, refund, tracking and account-access issues belong with the platform or service responsible for that transaction. JTLGO cannot inspect or resolve them.
